- Past-President
- Provides historical information and transitional support for the incoming Board
- President
- Is an ad-hoc member of any committee
- Prepares and distributes the agenda for Board meetings
- Chairs the Board meetings
- Coordinates responsibilities of Board Members as required
- Delegate tasks as necessary
- Other duties as required
- Vice-President (Vacant)
- Chairs meetings in the president’s absence
- Transitions to the position of President
- Secretary
- Records minutes of all Board meetings and maintains the Minute Book for future reference.
- Distributes minutes to all Board members prior to the next meeting.

- Maintains the financial records of the FCA Victoria, including bank balances and preparing income/expense reports for each Board meeting or at the request of the President or committee chairs
- Pays all approved expenses and deposits all income from any source
- Oversees the 2 bank accounts at RBC and the PayPal Account
- Maintains the membership database, recording membership fees and changes to FCA Status in coordination with Vancouver FCA.

- Handle Registrations in coordination with Treasurer

- Organize jury process (jurors, record selections, communicate qualifying results to FCA Vancouver as necessary).
- Organize intake, hanging and take-down of show/pick-up of works
- Coordinate with Publicity Chair re: advertising and promo
- Arrange poster layout/printing
- Exhibitions Publicist
- Researches print and web advertising opportunities for FCA Exhibitions
- Prepares and submits files for print and web advertising

- Manages presentation of chapter information on www.victoriafca.ca
- Strategizes and edits FCA Victoria website information architecture, categories and content in a timely manner
- Monitors info@victoriafca.com mailbox and redirects correspondence
- Attends regular Executive Board meetings

- Social Media Manager (Vacant)
- Monitors and posts to FCA Victoria Chapter social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
- Develops a social strategy for that create, fosters communities and facilitates conversations around FCA Victoria Chapter
- Promotes community awareness around events and member achievements
- Attends regular Executive Board meetings
- Art Avenue Liaison
- Acting contact between Victoria Chapter and Art Avenue Magazine editor
- Submits selected news articles from Victoria Chapter to Art Avenue Magazine
