Exhibiting Membership
Victoria FCA Exhibiting Membership (Formerly called "Active")
If you’re an artist who is interested in participating in juried shows and honing your skills, then perhaps you’re ready to apply to become an Active Member. Exhibiting membership in the FCA brings with it notification of and the opportunity to participate in: juried shows in Vancouver and various Chapters, workshops, demonstrations and critiques, as well as show receptions and gallery openings. In addition to receiving ongoing information, Calls for Submission and Art Avenue Magazine, Exhibiting Members also have the option to have their website link displayed on Federation websites (both Vancouver and the local chapter).
Perhaps, most important, it provides an artist with the opportunity to share ideas, learn and grow and to advance to new levels. You must be a Supporting Member to apply for Exhibiting Membership.
Exhibiting Member status does NOT confer the use of any designation initials (AFCA or SFCA).
The use of the initials AFCA or SFCA after an artist’s name indicates that they have attained Associate Membership or Senior Signature Status.
