AGM Voting Information
AGM Voting Information for Thursday, April 15
Our Annual General Meeting will be held prior to our regular Thursday meeting on April 15th.
The AGM is a time for members to have a voice, so if you have comments or suggestions – regarding the board or other topics - please email them to Carol Koebbeman at ckoebbeman@gmail.com. They will be shared with the membership.
It is customary to consider nominations and vote to ratify the slate of candidates at the AGM. However, due to Covid restrictions we have decided to change the process this year.
Below is the list of candidates as it stands. We feel that we have a strong slate and if there are no objections, this board will be elected for the 2021-2022 term. If you have any objections to these nominations or would like to put forward other nominations, please contact Carol Koebbeman at ckoebbeman@gmail.com. Put “FCA Election” in the subject line.
The deadline to receive your comments is Thursday, April 8th.
We are seeking nominations for two vacant positions. Please consider joining our board. We have an enthusiastic and friendly group of volunteers. They are very willing to help new members in all possible ways. We are currently seeking nominations for Exhibition Chair and Meeting/Demos Coordinator. Click on each link for more information about the position. Thank you for your consideration.
