Communications/Graphic Design
Ken Faulks SFCA, CSPWC The Communications Chair attends Board meetings and is responsible for getting our exhibitions out there in the public eye both through print advertising and posting on free websites that cover art shows, events and cultural activities taking place in Victoria. In this role the publicist researches the best print advertising options at the time, to present the Board with recommendations. The publicist works with the publication to successfully advertise our shows. As well the position posts our Exhibition information for locals and tourists alike, to as many free pertinent websites as possible, such as Arts Victoria, Tourism Victoria, radio and TV, newspapers and a host of other sites. We also send our information to art clubs and to the concierges at the hotels. He works with Board Members to create artwork for print, digital and social media. |
