Victoria FCA is proud to present a unique opportunity learn about the versatility of oil pastels in the creation beautiful art. Even if you’ve never used oil pastels this course is for you! Award winning artist Liz Charsley will provide you with the knowledge, materials and inspiration for this fun and comprehensive workshop.

In-Person Meetings
Victoria Chapter general meetings, critiques, presentations and demonstrations are held on the third Thursday of each month, September to May.
Masks are a personal choice and proof of vaccination is no longer required.
We meet at the Cedar Hill Rec Centre, 3220 Cedar Hill Rd, Victoria, BC, in Art Room 2.
Monthly general meetings are open to FCA Victoria Chapter members and their guests.
Meet and Greet starts at 6:45pm. Demos start at 7pm and finish between 8:30 and 9:00 pm.
