Workshop Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Requests:
Participants who wish to cancel their registration for a Victoria FCA workshop must notify us in writing via email to the Workshop Coordinator.
2. Refund Eligibility:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. We will make every effort to notify participants of cancellations as soon as possible.
4. Workshop Rescheduling:
If we need to reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
5. No-Shows:
Participants who do not attend all or part of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund, credit or transfer of their registration.

- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund, or full credit towards a future workshop..
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date are not eligible for a refund but registration fees may be used towards a future workshop.
